Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Dayaalu Software Solution (“Dayaalu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a software and digital services company based in Delhi, India (established 2025). We provide UI/UX and frontend work, business websites, custom software, and related consulting. Contact: support@dayaalu.in, phone 888-29-888-72.

2. Acceptance

By using our website (including submitting a Get Quote form), requesting a proposal, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.

3. Services

Our services may include, without limitation:

  • UI / landing pages and frontend development
  • Multi-page business websites and related integrations
  • Custom or product-style applications, dashboards, and integrations
  • Maintenance, enhancements, and technical consulting
  • Indicative packages and pricing shown on our site

Exact deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written quote, proposal, invoice, or agreement between you and Dayaalu.

4. Quotes, proposals, and packages

Website package prices are indicative starting points. A quote or proposal is not a binding contract until both parties confirm in writing (email is sufficient) and any required advance is received, unless otherwise agreed. Scope, assumptions, and exclusions in the proposal control over general marketing copy on the website.

5. Change requests

Work outside the agreed scope (new pages, features, redesigns after approval, third-party tools not listed, etc.) may require a revised estimate, timeline, and fees. We will try to flag material changes early; continued instructions after we notify you of impact may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide, in a timely manner: accurate requirements, content and assets you own or are licensed to use, feedback and approvals, access credentials where needed, and decisions that unblock progress. Delays on your side may shift timelines and may affect fees if we must remobilise or hold resources.

7. Payments and invoices

Fees, milestones, and payment schedules will be stated in the proposal or invoice. GST and other applicable taxes may apply as per Indian law and your invoice format. Hosting, domain, paid plugins, stock assets, advertising, and similar third-party costs are usually extra unless explicitly included. Late payment may pause work until dues are cleared.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of fees due for a deliverable (and subject to any open-source or third-party licence terms), you receive the agreed rights to use that deliverable for your business. Until then, Dayaalu retains ownership of work product. Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and our internal know-how remain ours. You must ensure content you supply does not infringe others’ rights.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

We aim to deliver professional workmanship. Except as required by applicable law, services and the website are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, hosting, or browsers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayaalu’s total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data), except where Indian law does not allow such exclusion.

10. Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public business and technical information shared for a project as confidential and use it only for that project, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

11. Website use

You must not misuse the site (for example: attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or submitting abusive or fraudulent forms). We may suspend access or ignore submissions that appear abusive or unlawful.

12. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the proposal or by written notice if the other party materially breaches and fails to cure within a reasonable period. Fees for work completed and non-cancellable third-party costs remain payable. Refunds, if any, follow our Refund Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply, courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active projects remain governed by the written terms agreed for that project unless both parties agree otherwise.
