Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dayaalu is a software and digital services company based in Delhi, India. For privacy requests, contact support@dayaalu.in or call 888-29-888-72.

2. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Enquiry / Get Quote form: name, mobile number, email, address, country, budget, project type, requirement text, interested package (if selected), and captcha response.
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp or phone messages you send us, and related notes needed to respond.
  • Project delivery: credentials, content, and business information you share so we can build or maintain your product (kept only as needed for the engagement).
  • Technical / analytics: device and usage data via cookies or similar technologies, including Google Analytics (gtag) where enabled on our site.

We do not ask for passwords or payment card details through the public quote form.

3. Why we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to quotes and support requests
  • Prepare proposals and deliver contracted services
  • Send project-related communication
  • Improve website performance and understand aggregate traffic
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • Protect against spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms

4. Consent and lawful use

When you submit a form or voluntarily share details, you consent to our using that information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent for future marketing-style contact by emailing us; we may still retain data needed for ongoing projects, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs as permitted by law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Email and hosting providers that process messages or store site infrastructure on our behalf
  • Team members or contractors bound to confidentiality, only as needed for your project
  • Authorities when required by law

Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) may process usage data under their own terms; we use them to understand site traffic, not to sell your identity.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as reasonably needed to follow up and for business records (typically up to a few years, or longer if a project or dispute continues). Project materials are retained as needed for delivery, warranty, or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data (access controls, careful handling of credentials, and secure channels where practical). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please share sensitive credentials only through agreed safe channels.

8. Your rights (data principals)

Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@dayaalu.in with enough detail for us to verify and respond. We may refuse or limit requests where the law allows (for example, to complete a contract or keep required records).

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic operation and analytics (including Google tag / Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Cross-border processing

Some processors (for example email or analytics providers) may process data on servers outside India. Where we use such tools, we do so for the purposes described in this policy and expect appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be reflected here; continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy for website-related processing.
